Minimal coverage of this in the national media. A number of obvious reasons why could be named, the "obvious intoxication" aspect being one.
A dirty secret is that people who would be classified as Hispanic (not a racial category actually) are significantly more likely to be arrested for DUI.
There are obvious differences between Mex and Whites,don't you think?Not too many(actually zero)blonde or redheaded Mex I see,for one thing.Facial features another.If you see a picture of a Mex,you know it's a Mex.
