Not juveniles--TEENS. And everyone knows what color TEENS are. Guess that is why they are no longer saying "teens."
And done strictly for the pleasure of doing so. Flash mob stuff. Stealing secondary to the damage and vandalism. So much easier to destroy than create. THEY cannot create. THEY.
