Tampa Bay Free Press) Late on Monday, Real Clear Politics rescinded Pennsylvania’s call for Joe Biden in the Presidential race. This leaves Biden with 259 Electoral votes and Trump 214 Electoral votes, short of the 270 needed to secure the big seat at the Whitehouse [sic], according to Real Clear Politics.
Media companies, even the Associated Press or Real Clear Politics, don’t decide elections. We The People do, and the Electoral College votes with their constituents.
President Trump said on Saturday, “We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don’t want the truth to be exposed. The simple fact is this election is far from over. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor. In Pennsylvania, for example, our legal observers were not permitted meaningful access to watch the counting process. Legal votes decide who is president, not the news media.”
GRA: Also, Ken Starr weighed in on the Pennsylvania case that aims to remove ballots received after November 3rd that were legitimized by the State Supreme Court. Trump wants those ballots—some 800,000—removed from the election.
Starr says, “the U.S. Supreme Court must weigh in on this travesty that’s been caused by an overstepping state court.”
