More MMM (TM) in Dallas: Female Apt. Manager Shoots Man to Death, While He is Repeatedly Stabbing Her; but Did She Provoke the Incident?

Re-posted by Nicholas Stix

I couldn’t come up with a headline that did full justice to the craziness of the incident.

Keep in mind that while a racial socialist might say that such a situation is somehow unusual, it isn’t. This is the sort of madness that is the norm under “diversity,” and which will inevitably be used as a rationale for banning the private ownership of guns.

Take Two: And yet… there is a sexual perversity angle to this, too. If Rodriguez hadn’t threatened to kill Martin, or pulled his knife, why did she pull out her gun? If she doesn’t pull out her gun, does he pull his knife? Does a man pull out a gun and place it on his lap, just because some idiot is cursing at him? Not bloody likely.

Female police persons are notorious for pulling and firing their service weapons in situations in which a real policeman would leave his weapon holstered.

Stay tuned.

Thanks to A Texas Reader, who writes,

Mexicans and their goddamn knives.

Good thing this American had a gun.

Betcha the victim is here illegally, too.

Police say fatal shooting by apartment manager was self defense

Police said they do not expect to charge the assistant manager of a Pleasant Grove apartment complex with a crime after she fatally shot a man in the complex’s parking lot overnight.

Angela Martin, 44, appeared to be acting in self defense, spokeswoman Melinda Gutierrez said. Still, the case will be referred to a grand jury.

Police said the shooting happened after a woman and her husband started an argument with Martin while Martin was sitting in her car at 400 South St. Augustine Drive.

“[Martin], feeling uneasy about the situation, pulled her handgun from her purse and placed it in her lap, as she continued to sit in the vehicle,” Gutierrez said.

The husband, Louis Rodriguez, then pulled a knife and stabbed Martin multiple times in the left forearm, police said. As she was being stabbed, Martin fired multiple shots at Rodriguez, hitting him. Rodriguez’s brother, who was trying to pull him away, was also shot in the stomach.

Rodriguez, 52, died from his wounds. His brother was taken to Baylor Hospital and was in fair condition Saturday.

Martin was briefly hospitalized and then released. At police headquarters, she told investigators that she was acting in self defense. Police said witnesses corroborated her story at the scene.

The NRA film actually shows a woman pulling a gun and shooting a man approaching her with a knife.

The instructor for the concealed carry course said he was not sure of that scenario as being a legal good shoot.

The manager might be subject to civil suit.

But it TX you can say I was protecting my property during hours of darkness and that too allows you to defend yourself or property with lethal force. But only during hours of darkness.
