I looked up the obits and only found one with a picture--Kai was a skinny,White kid.I'm thinking all three were White--and Ballantine IS of course,negro--looking like Samuel Little in his light skinned way

They are using expired and unsafe drugs. If they used non-expired drugs then it would be OK to execute the bad guy then?

How are drugs used to execute you unsafe?

These were all teens killed by an adult. An egregious aggravated offense mandating death.
