The same came be said of black cops,which is,the city that hires them, doesn't get it's money's worth--compared to White cops.

Anyone of male citizens think of kicking the bad guy in the balls or putting his eyes out. It takes about 15 seconds to choke someone until they black out. That female is lucky she is alive.
I love women and they can do many jobs as well as or better than men--but being police, fire fighters, or soldiers are not among those jobs. I remember reading about a policewoman who, when her male partner was attacked, instead of rushing out to help him, she locked the car doors to protect herself. Hiring females or small, weak men means they lack the physical strength to defend themselves or to arrest offenders. The result is they either fail to do their job or they have to use a gun. And how many female fire fighters can carry a unconscious 275 pound man out of a burning building. Also thugs should never be hired. I remember a guy saying he couldn't wait to become a cop so he could kick ass. Sure enough he became a cop--he was featured on a couple of episodes of "Cops." Last I heard he became a state politician--great.
