'Tall, dark, and handsome' is a known cliché, or stereotype -- like all such things, it has some validity -- there is truth behind it.
The phenotype aspect of sexual attraction seems to have a genetic component in a significant fraction of the population -- with some people there is a clear pattern -- e.g. Boris Becker.

While I personally don't use this derogatory term, I understand why people do.
Aside from the genetic/phenotype issue, white women are victims of decades of relentless anti-racism propaganda -- their natural empathy and sensibilities have been corrupted, and they respond to these media incentives at much higher rates than men -- this is why the worst election outcomes, from any rational viewpoint, are always seen in the 'If only women voted' data after an election.
It's sad -- a tragedy.
In addition, it is a real feather in the cap of any black male to have a white female -- when this is threatened, e.g. by the white woman wanting to end the relationship, the black male often goes berserk and reacts violently.
