Number of crimes black on black violence has "spiked" skyward almost instantaneously. Police pullback the negro senses it too and decides to take advantage of a situation.
And do so big time. You gotta credit the coloreds for having a lot of street smarts.
Dems ignore crime statistics or stories--unless they believe it can help spring a violent nig out of prison early.
Absolutely insane.
