Also,Jacquarious Jones was deemed to be "not at fault" as the cop he shot dead from two feet away,"failed to move in time to avoid the 5 bullets."

Claiming he never shot a gun before today,Latrinious Jackson was not arrested either--in the drive by shooting of an elderly couple--on a local New York highway.Police bought his story,despite Jackson accurately killing Jasper and Elena Konenberg as he drove by their vehicle at a speed of 100 mph.

Will all black shootings be accidents in the future?We'll see.
