Leesburg, VA Attempted Rape: Whom are They Describing?

This reports police are looking for a cyclist who ran into a guy attempting to rape a female jogger. Read his description. Is the alleged perp a white guy? Or is this a description of the bicyclist? But maybe age is catching up with me and I am the one who is confused. Not the reporter:

The quality of the writing in even simple news stories has been declining for years -- this goes hand in hand with a general decline in literacy -- I work in a technical profession where generally at least an undergrad degree is required -- along with the decline in general literacy, I also see an obvious decline in analytical ability: these people simply cannot think.

Anyway it's a description of the suspect, not the bicyclist.

The victim told police she was grabbed by a man while jogging on the trail. Police said a bicyclist collided with the suspect, and the suspect took off on foot. ... The suspect is described by police as a man between 6 feet and 6 feet four inches tall, with dark brown, curly, shoulder-length hair. He's said to have hairy arms, and was last seen wearing tan cargo shorts and a blue short sleeved shirt.

Lesbian love triangle results in murder? Details are scant but the victims name was Jamie Liang, which sounds Chinese but no other names are given. Shooter was an off duty cop who was in a relationship with the other woman who was shot, though she survived. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/off-duty-female-officer-fatally-shoots-woman-after-finding-her-with-partner-police/ar-AAPuA6t?li=BBorjTa#comments
I thought it was men who did this sort of thing? Those dykes though, they often think they are men.

I'll take a whack at the question:If the rapist was black--no description at all.I believe the description is of the rapist.

So if they are describing the bicyclist, why are they willing to publish his race and description but not the rapist? Sounds like the bicyclist is wanted more than the rapist. A sneaky way of avoiding describing yet another rapist as black?

I do wonder why the biker didn't stop and help the woman, at least call the cops and supply a description. But maybe Leesburg is like Portland, most bicyclists are young Woke type liberals who sympathize more with negro sex criminals than their White female victims and desperate to not be put in a position where they might seem "racist".

Eahilf's link took me to an article that had a link to another story about a sex attack on a woman in a Target store in Springfield, Virginia: https://www.wusa9.com/article/news/local/virginia/assault-inside-target-springfield-virginia-police-search-for-man-exposed-himself-to-woman/65-09970eee-b6f5-4590-9750-f9292c84660e
They've got him on video so there's no ambiguity here, it's the usual suspect!
