When I was a social worker 30 years ago, black and Hispanic colleagues’ reports were often unreadable. The problem was so pervasive that an outside trainer was brought in to hold a one-day training session, but that wasn’t going to bridge the gap.
The problem was that functionally illiterate blacks and hispanics were pushed through school, via social promotion, and then were given affirmative action jobs as social workers, cops, school teachers, you name it. When the black and hispanic public school teachers flunked the certification tests, the city would annually eliminate the terms the colored illiterates had the most trouble with.
All over the country, police departments have for generations been hiring blacks and hispanics as cops who are morally unfit and functionally illiterate. They can’t read their own reports, in order to testify in criminal cases.
But you won’t learn any of that from the post.

What better way for commies to destroy the country than by ensuring that incompetent,inferior minorities are placed in our most important jobs.By convincing White voters that minority idiots need to be a part of governing,those jobs that people are elected to(mayor,city commissioner) wind up as nigro or spicano("Emperor Jones")After that,the mayor's appointees(also minority--and even more unqualified),assist with the destruction of our cities--and eventually--our states and nation.

As I'm wont to say: without affirmative action in government employment, for all practical purposes there would be no black middle class.
