(chicago sun-times) Six people have been killed and at least 12 others wounded since Friday night in shootings across Chicago.
In the latest fatal shooting, a man was killed while riding in a car in Lawndale on the West Side.
About 4:40 a.m., the 39-year-old was traveling in the back seat of a vehicle in the 4400 block of West Cermak Road when the rear window was shattered, according to Chicago police. He suffered a gunshot wound to the back of the head and was pronounced dead at Stroger Hospital, police said.

Earlier Saturday, a 19-year-old man was found shot to death early Saturday in Belmont Cragin on the Northwest Side.
About 1:25 a.m., officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 2200 block of North Lockwood Avenue and found the teen lying unresponsive on the sidewalk with gunshot wounds to the back and abdomen, police said. He was transported to Illinois Masonic Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, according to police.
Friday night, a 40-year-old man was fatally shot during an altercation in an Englewood apartment after he was playing music and a neighbor made several noise complaints, police said.
About 11:20 p.m., the man was playing music in his apartment in the 7400 block of South Emerald Avenue when a neighbor in the building made several noise complaints, police said.
The man then came to the front door of his apartment and began arguing with a person who shot him several times in the torso, police said. The person fled and the man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

N.S.: If we don’t soon hear that the killer was White, and is being prosecuted for a hate crime, then your educated guess will have been proven correct, GRA. In the 2012 Michael Dunn case, a young black guy in an SUV was blasting cursing on woofers. Dunn, the White driver who was waiting next to the SUV in his car for his White, liberal girlfriend, Rhonda Rouer, to return with a pizza, asked him to turn down the noise and, wonder of wonders, the black driver complied. However, one of his passengers, Jordan Davis, 17, demanded that the driver turn up the sound again. Dunn claimed that Davis threatened to murder him, and that he responded by shooting into the SUV, killing Davis.
Dunn has since been convicted of murder and other crimes, and sentenced to about a million years in prison.
Davis’ parents did the talk show circuit, with the mother bragging of how she had talked to her son about Trayvon Martin, as if Martin were some saintly martyr, instead of the racist thug who had sought to murder George Zimmerman. The parents had different last names, and it was not at all clear if he grew up with them. The mother, Lucia McGrath, politically exploited her son’s death, by winning elective office. She bears much of the blame for his death, for raising a racist, black thug, who went out of his way to terrorize White people.]
About three hours earlier, a man was shot to death outside his home Friday night in Roseland on the Far South Side.
The 28-year-old was in his backyard about 8:30 p.m. in the 11200 block of South Vernon Avenue when he was shot in the head, police said. He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

N.S.: Another White guy who is getting the “hate crime” treatment (though not yet from prosecutors) is Robert Paul Keegan, who was 47 last November, when he shot Aidan Ellison, 19, to death. Ellison was homeless, and staying (possibly illegally) in a friend’s hotel room in Oregon.
Ellison said he couldn’t sleep, and asked his friend, Sara Jones, 35, for her car keys, to listen to music in her vehicle. Apparently, Ellison resolved that if he couldn’t sleep, neither would anyone else. At about 3 a.m., a sleepless Keegan asked him to turn down the music.
Keegan shot Ellison to death, claiming it was in self-defense. Police deny this claim, saying there was no evidence of wounds on the decedent’s knuckles.
Local media have acted as cheerleaders for the dead thug’s greedy mother, who didn’t care about him while he was live, but who is now suing everyone in sight, from the shooter to the hotel, and talking about suing the police, too.
Racial “equality” and “equity” groups threw a demonstration in honor of the lawsuits, screaming, “Turning Up The Volume from our cars and pumping music together to honor Aidan’s last moments on this Earth.”

In 1985, a black supremacist gang calling itself “MOVE,” laid siege to a Philadelphia neighborhood, blasting music from loudspeakers 24/7.
On May 13, 1985, Philly Mayor Wilson Goode ordered the police to drop a bomb on the house, killing everyone inside. Since Goode was black, nothing happened to him, and the neighbors got to sleep again.
Since the bombing, apologists for the terrorists have implied that they somehow had a right to do what they did.
