Yahoo,a well known apologist of black criminality,does its usual unprofessional job of explaining why blacks do most of the shooting.Low income is their reason.
My reason?They're here.
Unless you pay blacks with an eternal "out of wedlock"child care check,this will continue--and probably will anyways.
Solution?Lock 'em up--or ship 'em out.
