"Police are looking for Edwin and Luis Riojas-Hernandez, the suspected shooters.
Court documents show the shooting was gang-related, and Cruz's brother, who was in the car during the shooting, had a quarrel with the Pasadena "Red Bluff Bloods."
As the two suspects shot into their car, Cruz's brother returned fire, hitting one of them in the leg.
"I'm not going to stop trying until I get her justice, and that's what I want them to understand. You can't hide for ever," Janelle Solis(the mother) said.
GRA:The parents of both the vic and the perps are at fault for allowing their kids to be involved in gang crap.I lived next to Mex criminals and the kids were involved because the parents were into it--drugs,prostitution--the gammet.
Maybe the daughter was not the EXACT target,but as both employees at Fed government jobs and gangbangers say,"close enough."
The mother's outrage doesn't appear to grasp the situation--SHE let her kids down--and killed them,as much as the gang members did.
