To be fair to President Lynch, he is not saying it's right that cops can't act, he's accusing politicians of hamstringing them so they can't do their jobs. I can see his point though, right now cops are in a difficult situation, subway attacks are 90% black perps and 90% white vics and politicians are demanding the police not even chance killing or even injuring a black criminal. These criminals know that and many of them are only too happy to play chicken martyr (I dare you to kill me).
Whitey has always been more or less on their own.
Which is why the exodus from NYC.At what point do you put your foot(or knee)down on the problem and crack the whip on minorities?That would lead to all out warfare(what is needed)to instill either fear or reduce their numbers.
In every city that has minority population growing,the time will come to either stand your ground and enforce the law,like it hasn't been in years,or be swallowed up by the black plague.
