To be a Black Woman in Hollywood! Was the Production Crew of TV’s The Rookie a Dungeon of Racist and Sexual Terror, Including Lesbian Rape?!

Not sure what to make of this one yet but there is a new cop show named The Rookie that features Nathan Filion as a middle-aged man trying to become a cop. His co-star is black actress Afton Williamson, who is leaving the show after the first season, claiming racial discrimination/racist commentary, bullying and rape at the hands of the hair department head that was reported but not properly handled by the HR department, bullying from network executives and sexual harassment by a recurring guest star with whom she was pressured to do scenes, even after she reported the harassment.

Is there any horror this woman has not experienced? Sounds like everybody was picking on poor little her, especially those evil white males. Except, and here’s the twist, the hair department head is Sallie Ciganovich (known professionally as Sallie Nicole), a young, attractive, blonde white woman. Not one article online points out that the department head was female, though I was suspicious as soon as I read the article because if the department head was male (stereotype alert here!), he’d almost certainly be gay. Here is a blackcentric forum where all the commentary assumes she’s being 100% truthful about everything.

In fact, in a couple comments there is an assumption Nathan Filion must have been the guilty party, except nowhere has he been accused of anything, but he is a white male and has the highest profile.

I have no idea who the guest star is who allegedly harassed her. I don't watch the show, so I don't know the characters but skimming through the cast list I noted plenty of black male secondary characters. If it was a black man I wonder if the media will actually mention that, or ignore it like they’re going to ignore that the hair department head was a woman.

A #MeToo victim who is female, black, and also a victim of racial harassment? That’s just too good. It makes for the kind of race-baiting headlines the media loves and a great story for virtue-signaling media talking sock puppets. They just have to skirt around some of those pesky, inconvenient details, something they are quite adept at doing.

N.S: Afton Williamson asserts that Sallie Ciganovich (Sallie Nicole) racially terrorized and sexually assaulted (usually used as a euphemism for raped) her at the first season wrap party, and that Ciganovich (Nicole) was “fired” after allegedly raping her.

I was unable to find any independent corroboration that Ciganovich (Nicole) was “fired” from the show.

Based on countless black/feminazi hoaxes, I am considering this a hoax, until proven otherwise.

The notion that a white female hairdresser, who had worked steadily in Hollywood since 2003, including 117 episodes of a single cable show without incident, had terrorized and “raped” this diversity hire, beggars belief. Except for those who somehow develop a cult, e.g., Jon Peters and the late Vidal Sassoon, being a TV hairdresser is a position very low on the totem pole, completely lacking in clout. Conversely, being a perpetually aggrieved black woman grants one all sorts of privileges. Had Williamson charged Ciganovich (Nicole) with merely looking at her funny, Ciganovich (Nicole) would have immediately been executed. The capitalization-challenged Williamson tells her side of the story below.

I will not be returning for Season 2 of The Rookie. I owe it to you my amazing fans to share the Truth. Throughout the filming of the pilot, I experienced Racial Discrimination/Racially Charged inappropriate comments from the hair department and bullying from Executive Producers. During the Season, it continued along with Sexual Harassment from a recurring guest star and the racist commentary & bullying from the Hair Dept. Head escalated into Sexual Assault at our Wrap party.The Sexual Harassment though reported directly to the Showrunner/EP remained undocumented and was not reported to HR as promised. The Hair Dept. Head was fired ONLY after the sexual assault and NOT for an entire year of outward racism/racially charged language and bullying behavior in and out of the Hair and Makeup trailer. HR protocol was never adhered to following the above reports given by me to my Showrunner/EP and an investigation was never issued for any of my claims. The only time I was asked to participate in an investigation was after a meeting I called in June following our Season 2 announcement. This meeting included the Showrunner and two other producers as well as my agent and SAG-AFTRA Union Rep. It was clear to all present in the meeting that the Showrunner had not shared my reports with the any of the producers. After my initial report of sexual harassment, I was assured that the actor would be fired. I was also asked to film with him the very next day as a courtesy to the script, even though we had not begun filming the episode yet. This actor reappeared on our call sheet at the end of the season, I was even written in scenes with him. I asked the Showrunner about this and he admitted to me that the actor had not been fired nor had he gotten HR involved. I was asked to return this season, and promised that “everything was handled.” The investigation hadn’t even begun and Season 2 had already started filming. I turned it down and I walked. Now is the best time in the world to be a woman and I have a platform so it’s time to use my Voice. Strength comes from within.
