No hint of who the infected food handler is. I doubt he is one of the homeless mentioned here. The likelihood of "didn't wash hands" is very suggestive of a you-know-who.

N.S.: That's what happens, when you get rid of people who know what Germ Theory is, and replace them with people who have no idea what it is, and who refuse to accept it, when you tell them about it.
