In no way should federal workers in Maine receive holiday pay or a paid day off.The holiday that we celebrate, and the reason the government allows workers a vacation day,is because of Christopher Columbus--not the Indians of pre-America times.Gov.Janet Mills would not be here destroying tradition, without Columbus leading his explorers to our shores.
Trump should look into eliminating those extra wages that are paid on Columbus Day.By the way,to be consistant, let's look into eliminating MLK day--turn it into Celebrate Caucasians Day,the race of folks who were here BEFORE blacks arrived, just as Indigenous People's Day is for the Indians who were here before WHITES showed up.
I know...makes too much sense,so not a chance.
