The "Oregon man", Fidel Lopez, doesn't look like an Oregon man. He looks like a Mexican. Is he legal--article doesn't say? Mexicans contributions to society include the Aztec ceremony of cutting the beating heart out of thousands of captives, bull fighting, cock fighting, horse tripping and other forms of cruelty so this atrocity is in character. One story said the poor dog was whimpering and hiding under the couch and was so badly injured it had to be euthanized. Only 60 days and this pervert will once again be loose on society. Next time it could be a little girl he attacks.

According to scripture both the animal and the "Oregon man" should be put to death.

We must be more lenient now I guess. Dog was in misery with injuries so better this way probably.
