Bolsonaro told reporters in Brasilia on Thursday the amputations are carried out "due to a lack of water and soap," and that the government has to work with men to make them know the dangers of bad hygiene practices. "When you get to a point like that, you see that we're really at the bottom of the pit," the 64-year-old president said, Globo reports.

Single greatest advancement in the history of medical care and health was the human species using soap and water on a regular basis. That one thing alone so significant. And that only done for a period of somewhat greater but not much more than a century.
Just another sh*th*le country--another good reason to put the brakes on turd world immigration--and, actually, all immigration. When these dirts get here and get citizenship, they will be voting for Democrats to steal as much as possible from Americans and give it to them.
