Vasquez Guillen, age 19, was placed in jail for vehicular homicide based on signs of intoxication. Vasquez Guillen later admitted to "consuming multiple alcoholic beverages before driving." Witnesses also reported that Vasquez Guillen was traveling at a speed significantly over the speed limit before the crash occurred.

The bad guy needs to spend a long period in prison, then deported.
