ATR: I worked for a cyber security a few years ago.
Went to a breakfast one morning with my former sales manager. The breakfast was held at the Richardson Chamber of Commerce in suburban Richardson.
There were four speakers at the front table during the breakfast. One of the speakers was a real estate broker with Jones Lang LaSalle. https://www.us.jll.com/ This broker said that Dallas – Fort Worth ranked number 5 in the world (!) for data centers.
So, it makes sense for NASDAQ and others to put data centers here.
