They fill just as many porches as blackies do.Yet,the stories of disparity are reported with an attitude that can only be termed "a head-scratcher"

The world is coming to an end. Most Mex have American Indian blood. They are naturally more susceptible to a disease of this sort?
I think the problem is their darker skin doesn't allow their bodies to create enough Vitamin D--note enormous differences in rates of illness according to Vitamin D levels. Their dark skin is designed for more southern latitudes. They need to go back to the lands of their ancestors where their skin tone is appropriate for the stronger sun.
