The Ninth Circuit Court in particular. Called the Ninth Circus Court. More decisions by far over-turned by the Supreme Court. Don is hoping to remedy the Ninth Court with his own appointments. Perhaps if Don is around long enough to have a legacy it will be appointments to the various courts including the Supreme Court.
