When I was a kid I remember seeing pictures in magazines of topless women sunbathing in the French Riviera, it stoked my young hormones and I fantasized about living in France and being able to go to the beach and see such wonders in person. Imagine my disappointment when I turned 16 or so and went with my buddies to a nude beach in Portland expecting to see something similar. Nope, nude beaches in Oregon are populated mostly by men, many of who are gay and limited numbers of women, most of them being the type I didn't fantasize about seeing naked. The few other times I did go to the beasches there were always groups of dark skinned latino men who would stare rudely and directly at the few reasonably attractive topless females. White men did not behave that way but if they ever did you would certainly hear about it, but because they are not white nobody complained about hispanic men doing it, people just ignore them. I have a few friends who do go to nude beaches and from what they've told me there are now groups of recent Muslim and African migrant males who behave similarly to the latino men which has caused women to be even less likely to go to clothing optional beaches, basically turning already male dominated nude beaches into total sausage fests. I spotted this article on Fox and it made me think of beaches here and can only imagine what it is like in France or other European countries that have been inundated with massive numbers of these 3rd world male migrants: https://www.foxnews.com/travel/french-women-topless-tanning-report
The article lists some sociological reasons why women might not be topless on beaches anymore but they sound contrived and PC to me. It might be racist to report the actual truth.
This article mentions, passingly, that ogling men are the problem. However, haven't men always liked seeing naked women? Why recently have "ogling" men become a problem?
