[N.S.: What p.c. garbage. It sounds like something the American embassy's spox would say!]

I bought that album,in 1980 something, because of all the critical acclaim at the time. A few good songs, but it sits in a box today,in the basement.

"Train in THE vain" ? Maybe the writer was thinking of "The rain in Spain..." I remember the song, which was called "Train In Vain," possibly because it was (I think) their only top 40 number. About 2 weeks on the chart.
