Another Colleague responds:
What’s interesting about this is that amazon rejected the kindle version years ago, when The Social Contract Press was selling copies. Our office tried to get amazon to offer the kindle version after TSC staff had someone to convert it to a kindle format. It was eventually rejected and suppressed by amazon. amazon seemed ok selling the hard-copy version, but not the kindle, electronic version. Odd turn of events! Used copies of the 1975 Charles Scribner’s Sons edition are quite pricey (the cheapest being $295). Used copies of the more recent softcover editions are going for $84 and up. abe had some 1975 editions as high as $1,950.00.

I am even surprised you even get a copy of the book in whatever form, digital or print.
The splc has a large presence on any search for this book. They,of course, call it a "racist fantasy."
A few excerpts are included on this particular article.
"blacks killing White bosses at a slaughterhouse like pigs,no one blinking an eye."
"White women rounded up and used purely for the pleasure of blacks."
The author was indeed prescient for 1973.
