All this because the judge addressed a man in court by his proper gender.

Everything is optics.A supposedly, wise, graybearded black man leading the discussion, mentoring two youngish White men.I didn't watch the video--for obvious reasons.

IF I WAS IN CHARGE...

I believe free speech is our #1 right and priority to preserve.

Outside of work, free speech shall not be punished with loss of job or other punitive measures. For instance,if a person goes to a city commission meeting and speaks of black crime,he should not be disciplined/fired by his workplace for telling the truth publicly as he sees it.Only on job performance should be the determining factor in keeping your job.

Opinions given, while on the job, shall not be punished,if given about either fellow employees or outside topics.Actions, such as assault, harassment, etc ARE punishable, obviously.Low quality work should result in discipline and eventual dismissal.

Anywhere you work there are feuds between individuals. It's up to them to keep it from getting out of hand. If they can't manage that simple task, that's when management steps in.

Easy.
