"nyc 'hazmat killer' pleads not guilty as stunning new details about botched robbery emerge
"Kimond Cyrus, 39, calmly entered the plea in manhattan criminal court after prosecutors detailed how he allegedly held a gun to a customer’s head before gunning down an elderly worker at daona gourmet deli on east 81st street and third avenue on march 3."
It was a hate-crime murder, but the media and the cops would only say that if the perp was White. The code phrase "botched robbery" is a tell.

Under "black law",any so called crime committed against an Asian,by a black,is considered,"non-criminal",due to the "provocation factor"--Asians p*ss nig*ers off just by the way they look.

What are known today as 'hate crime' laws were first pushed back in the 1990s -- there was a big push after the Matthew Shepard killing, which was aggressively and dishonestly hyped by the media for that purpose -- but this was consistent with all the calls for 'hate' laws up to that point: they were always meant to benefit 'protected minorities' at the expense of Whites -- it is not a coincidence the push started in the 90s, when more Whites were starting to realize where non-white immigration was heading, e.g. Prop 187 in CA, the 'last gasp of white America'.
Whites will never benefit from these laws -- people who push their use are mostly boomers who grew up in a country that no longer exists -- one with a white supermajority and a fair-minded, impartial government and judiciary -- none of that exists anymore, so it's not a good idea to give the government more laws it can use to persecute you.
BTW, another gruesome killing took place not that long after Shepard, but it barely made the national news: a young white boy, 13 y/o Jesse Dirkhising, was more or less sexually abused to death by two homosexuals in Arkansas -- so it's clear WHY the story was suppressed -- in a bit of a surprise, the Wikipedia page on the Dirkhising murder mentions this:

So after one month 3007 to 46 -- and many of the relatively few (when compared to Shepard) initial reports on Dirkhising failed to mention the murderers were gay, and when the national media could no longer ignore the story, they covered it mostly to explain why it wasn't newsworthy.
I only heard about the Dirkhising case well after the fact from some evil 'white supremacists' -- I'd never heard of it before, whereas of course I knew of the Shepard case.

Asian shopkeepers place the change on the counter-top rather than the hand of the customer. That is customary in their culture. That pisses the colored off.
Asian too successful in a way then negro is not. That makes the colored even more mad.
Perhaps only an Asian would be willing to deal with all the hate directed at them.
That's very psychological analysis of blacks,but I believe,too complicated an exercise.As primitive as most blacks are,just the facial features and mostly small bodies of the Asian sets them off.I'd like to see a black mob attempt to attack Bruce Lee or similar expert in martial arts,though a bullet always beats karate in a fight.
