So the US invades Africa,allows the blacks and Mex to keep North America and we(Whites)start from scratch over there.

Massive deposits but how much recoverable? Putin will send in his Wagner thugs to control the resources through compliant proxy local officials.
That amount of oil would suffice the American daily consumption rate for five hundred years.
