There are many cases like this -- the DOJ is indicting nearly everyone who entered the Capitol for (at least) two offenses: unauthorized presence, and obstruction of an official proceeding -- some face additional charges, depending on what they did.
Then they pressure the defendants to plead guilty -- e.g. the shaman guy, whose behavior was clearly harmless, which the government knew, faced a multi-count indictment, then plead guilty to a single count of obstruction (max penalty 20 yrs), and got 41 months.
So it's clear this is not, and never has been, about justice and fairness -- the DOJ is not interested in that.
So appealing to them on that basis, by pointing out how unjust and unfair this is, including in particular cases, won't accomplish anything.
These are malicious people -- you need a wholesale change of the people in charge.
Garfinkel AG evil!! The man seems to make a point of going after Catholics too. He of ALL persons should know discrimination against persons of another religion is wrong.

I remember driving around, being one of a handful of cars on the road for 3 miles or so.The expressway--empty.I was just going to get food, but I never understood why nobody else was.Definitely great while it lasted.
I am a dissident journalist, whose work has been published in dozens of daily newspapers, magazines, and journals in English, German, and Swedish, under my own name and many pseudonyms. While living in internal exile in New York, where I am whitelisted, I maintain NSU/The Wyatt Earp Journalism Bureau and some eight other blogs (some are distinctive but occasional venues, while others are mirrors), and also write for stout-hearted men such as Peter Brimelow and Jared Taylor. Please hit the “Donate” button on your way out. Thanks, in advance.

Well said. If they could, the DOJ would arrest you for writing what you wrote about them--every word,by the way--the truth.
