are blacks living under a racial state of siege in portland, oregon?

The following is the kind of headline we see here in the progressive paradise of portland:

“juries are starting to believe that oregon harbors racists

“‘We thought that these four lawsuits that we filed this week really showcased the problem of what it’s like to be a black person in portland, oregon,’ Jason Kafoury says.

One would think from that headline that it would lead into a story about blacks being strung up from trees, hunted down and murdered by cops, under constant attack by hood-wearing klan members, etc...

Nope, the racist horror they are faced with in the racist stronghold of portland is this:

“today, I’m chatting with Kafoury, a partner at the Kafoury & McDougal law firm who is currently representing more than 50 clients who have been detained, harassed, and unjustly accused of theft by big-box stores in the portland area. Nigel Jaquiss reported this week that a raft of lawsuits filed by Kafoury, accusing a number of large retailers of straight-up discrimination, has reminded the community’s pro-cop contingent that in one of the Whitest cities in America, in a state founded as a confederate spin-off, people are racist.”

Yup, the racist horror is shoplifters being detained by security in big box stores. Of course, as anybody who has worked in retail knows full well, blacks are way over represented as shoplifters in any retail store. When I worked in retail everybody knew that blacks were around 50% of the ones caught shoplifting, so you were always on full alert when you saw one. It wasn't racist, it was just knowing the odds.

BTW, I didn’t know oregon was founded as a “confederate spin-off,” and “people are racist”...What? Everybody in oregon is racist? That’s odd; I thought oregon was a bastion of politically correct wokesters. Sure seems like it when election time rolls around and they keep voting in the same far-left politicians.

This is willamette week, though, the liberal rag that banned me as a commenter, and this is the kind of garbage they spew out. Every race article spews out this kind of racist hysteria that makes Whites feel guilty and reinforces the falsehood that blacks are under some kind of racial siege.

N.S.: Jerry, I suspect that willamette week is looking to “empower” racist, White “allies” and black supremacists serving on juries hearing racist shakedown cases like the instant ones, so that the racist jurors will intimidate fair-minded White jurors out of opposing them. Of course, with their hands tied, and black shoplifters running hog wild, the big box stores will then leave portland. But no problem: the racist lawyers will then decry the “shopping desert,” and the “racism” that brought it about.
