Imagine getting yourself castrated...then realizing it was the wrong thing to do. And high rates of suicide are a surprise?

Whatever orifice remains has to be dilated on a regular basis. Opened up with a device and a lot of lube. Otherwise your body will try to heal the wound. What does that tell you.
