[N.S.: Why on Earth would he be charged?! He didn't commit any crimes. And why are they calling armed car thieves who committed attempted murder against the man whose car they stole "occupants" of HIS car?]

Guilt for what? Returning fire when you're shot at retrieving your stolen shit?
Unfortunately this won't be the end of this, guaranteed. He's not out of the woods. The McMichaels and their neighbor, Roddy Bryant weren't originally charged. Until the usual suspects, Ben Crump, Al Sharpton et al got involved.
He shouldn't be,but as noted,SJWs may start a campaign to have him charged--the pressure will mount.Too early to call this one finished--unfortunately.

We don't know if the guy is black or White,do we?His name wasn't released.He may be a nig--which is why riots didn't occur--word got around on the street--so the blm'ers just took it as black law.

The DA knows he cannot get a conviction. The man was robbed and then occurred an exchange of gunfire. A good shoot. A jury would not convict.
Don't be so sure about that. The D.A. who eventually charged George Zimmerman initially declined to charge him because it was obviously a case of self defense. Then the social justice lunatics got involved, threatened mob violence and Zimmerman was put on the railroad express. Fortunately for him the jury who acquitted him still had a modicum of objective sanity.
