I used to live less than a mile from this intersection.
This never would have happened decades ago, when I lived in austin. It was because austin was still majority white and not "governed" by "progressives."
But niggers and mexicans feel emboldened by the "murder" of Saint Floyd.

The cities are full of spics and nigs.If a few thousand decide to go out and street race,there isn't a damn thing the police(and a black police chief)will do about it.
You'd have to arrest hundreds--which no police unit would ever engage in--and store them--where(?)for processing.
The numbers are now against law enforcement in most of our medium to large cities.
