Still waiting for old Brownie the police chief to come up with his secret plan to reduce the number of murders in Chicago per year been waiting quite a while for old Brownie and his secret plan
Chicago area where I was raised and grew up in when I lived in the city still very very safe only one murder per about 70,000 people for that particular neighborhood
Of course,as I stated about El Paso,with Mex keeping track of Mex crime--poorly,with Chicago,just substitute blacks and the result is similar.
Why would their murders go down?
A)blacks can't count
B)They don't want to count the murders.
C)Probably ORDERED not to count the murders by Lightfoot.
With the anomaly about the extreme rise in deaths--but no explanation--I throw out the idea that blacks in government will label a portion of murders as "other",to keep up the appearance of improving crime stats."Other",being Covid,flu etc.
Would blacks lie about a thing like that?

POSTAL CARTIERS GETTING ROBBED MORE;WHY NOT?THEY ARE UNARMED,EASY TARGETS FOR bLACKS
(KSNV)The United States Postal Inspection Service is sounding the alarm, citing a rise in mail carrier robberies.
Trevor Hudson serves as a postal inspector with the agency. He says more and more criminals are targeting postal workers in hopes to grab gift cards, cash, and confidential information that could be used to steal someone’s identity.
"It's something we've seen on the rise over the last couple of years. We would see maybe one or two every year or so and now we are seeing several a year, including here in the Las Vegas area," said Hudson.
This comes on the heels of a mail carrier being robbed at gunpoint by two men near Washington and Pecos.

USPS said if you believe your packages were stolen contact your local postmaster. The best way to protect yourself is to make sure you pay for insurance.
Authorities are offering a $50,000 reward for any information that can lead to an arrest.
GRA:I don't understand why more carriers aren't robbed and killed--especially in the ghetto.The blackies may be waking up to this new angle for crime.
