mlb: Rendon is a bust with the angels
The angels situation reminds me of the phillies' persistent bullpen woes. Year after year, phillies' management signs new relievers who have had success elsewhere. They get to Killadelphia and are busts.
Rendon may regret having changed leagues. The nats decided not to re-sign him after their 2019 world series win and instead re-signed pitcher Stephen Strasburg, who has been injured most of the past going on three seasons.
He was "Tony two-bags" a fine third baseman for the nats:
Now he's a $35 million-a-year utility infielder.

Fifteen years ago,I'd know every baseball player on just about every team--today--zip.
And I don't miss it one bit--or the nba.The nfl interest I have is a long standing pleasure of rooting against the Detroit Lions--and with their lack of wins over many decades--it's a pleasure often experienced successfully.
