I assume the insinuation here is that 1) she had received the COVID vaccine, and 2) the vaccine is the reason she suffered cardiac arrest -- otherwise, what is topical and especially interesting about this sad story? -- but in reading the very brief article, there is not even a hint of that -- there is no suggestion she had gotten the COVID vax.

The FDA made an awful decision to temporarily pull back Johnson & Johnson coronavirus vaccine distribution, Former President Donald Trump shared with “Hannity” in an exclusive interview on Monday. … “I think it’s very suspect as what they did with Johnson & Johnson,” he said. “Because the only people that are happy about that are Pfizer and Moderna… What they did is a terrible, terrible thing.” … The J&J vaccinations were paused after reports of blood clots in patients began to surface.
So after leaving office, and even though serious side effects were reported (those probably ought to be investigated), Donald 'Warp Speed' Trump was angry that the FDA decided to pause use of the J&J COVID vaccine.
What a great guy.
Maybe they should change the name of the website to wesortofbutnotalwayslovetrump.com.
