I've seen the video -- there's nothing 'alleged' about what happened -- but it wasn't an 'attack', and the woman is not an 'attacker' -- it is inappropriate to touch someone, but that's all she did: she gave him a slight slap on the back.

There should be no charges.
How sad for America that this kind of shit is news.
Pioneers set off in covered wagons into the wilderness -- and now people want to make a federal case out of it because some woman gave Giuliani a light slap on the back.
America is a tabloid country now, so in that sense it is fitting.

So he is -- I only saw the video out of context; it looked like a woman to me.
But I guess in a country where Jan 06 is portrayed as an 'insurrection', and used to gulag political dissidents, I shouldn't be surprised that this is being reported as an 'attack'.
Whatever physical contact happened,you have to take into account Rudy is not a young,healthy man.Any "slapping",he was unprepared for,could potentially knock him off balance--with consequences.
