Bodies of two migrants found on I-10; officials say they were pushed out of car after dying

Reminds me of a long, lonely highway east of Omaha....

Driving Interstate 10 west of San Antonio is like driving a highway into a dystopian future.

Nothing.

Nothing at all for miles and miles and miles.

And Van Horn?

OMG!

Home to Jeff Bezos's rocket venture.

Desolate is an understatement.

Right. West Texas very desolate. They have checkpoints east of El Paso and you get stopped. Dog sniffs your care and if you speak standard American English you pass through fast. Van Horn a way station for the illegals crossing. First town of any size with truck stops.

180 miles from the border to Van Horn. I drove and the entire way not one single car behind me the whole way.

Not reported:Taco Bell pick-up truck cleaned up the mess for their Soylent Bean Burrito(with real Mex meat).

I kid T.B.--fresh dead people would probably be an improvement over what ingredients they throw in those menu items now.
