Look at his face -- when you hear that T levels have fallen significantly in the last few decades, guys like this provide some anecdotal confirmation of that.
So which country did they think they were selling to? -- or was it scheißegal and all about money? -- not that I really care -- anything that will crash the empire sooner is OK with me.
