Do blacks Have a Civil Right to Rape and Murder Whites? Nearly 40,000 Supporters of Racist, Confessed, black Rapist-Murderer Chanel Lewis, Who Slaughtered White Karina Vetrano in 2016, Demand He be Released on Bail and, Ultimately, that His Convictions be Erased

There is a petition with 40K signatures calling for the case to be "re-opened" due to, what else, "racial profiling."

As you said regarding the Tessa Majors murder, they are trying to retcon the Central Park Five Hoax.

Karina Vetrano’s parents, Phil and Cathie Vetrano, talked about their daughter in front of their Howard Beach home after Lewis’s conviction

new york post: Nearly 40K people petition Queens DA to reopen Karina Vetrano slay case

Supporters of free crimes for blacks assert that Lewis is the victim of, among other things, “racial profiling.” No, it is Karina Vetrano, who was the victim of racial profiling. Chanel Lewis, who did not live in Howard Beach, was going there (more than once), hunting White women. Lewis’ supporters are also playing the “retard card,” as if all the rapes and murders were on the house for the mentally retarded.

And now, Vetrano’s parents are afraid to say anything, because they know that racists of all colors will exploit any complaints they make, as grounds for free crimes for Lewis. Note that post operative, Kate Sheehy, acted as stenographer for the war criminal’s supporters, providing none of the grounds for his convictions.

Nearly 40,000 people are demanding that the Queens DA’s Office review the conviction of the “intellectually disabled’’ man serving a life sentence for jogger Karina Vetrano’s murder, an online petition shows.

Chanel Lewis was sentenced to life without parole in April 2019 for the rape and strangulation of the 33-year-old woman in Howard Beach three years earlier — after a trial riddled with issues, the petition alleges.

“We demand that [DA] Melinda Katz immediately refer Chanel Lewis’ case to the Conviction Integrity Unit for investigation to reopen his case and release him on bail,’’ says the petition, organized by several advocacy groups.

[N.S.: So he can rape and murder more White females.]

“Under the guidelines of the CIU, investigations may be opened where there is ‘a credible claim of actual innocence or other wrongful conviction,’” it says.

[N.S.: But there is no credible claim of innocence, etc. The DNA evidence identified Lewis, Lewis’ confession identified Lewis, and he had wounds all over his arms from his victim.]

“In the case of Chanel Lewis’ murder conviction in the death of Katrina Vetrano, multiple factors meet that criteria, including: A history of prosecutorial misconduct on the part of prosecutor Brad Leventhal; Concerns over the use of racial profiling in Lewis’ initial arrest; mid-trial disclosure of significant scientific evidence, constituting a 240.20 violation; credible claims by the defense that the confessions the prosecution relied upon in court were coerced by police.”

[N.S.: All lies.]

The petition, a copy of which was reportedly delivered to the DA’s office Tuesday, adds that Katz vowed to “tackle prosecutorial misconduct’’ when she got into office.

[N.S.: There was no prosecutorial misconduct, except as per the black supremacist/communist definition, whereby any time a black gets convicted of his crimes, it is ipso facto a case of "prosecutorial misconduct."]

Now, “while Melinda Katz’s office takes the time to determine how they ‘feel’ about evaluating whether they may have convicted the wrong person and violated Chanel Lewis’ legal rights, Lewis is suffering,’’ the petition says.

Chanel Lewis was sentenced to life in prison without parole for the killing. N.S.: Make that life until parole. Heinous black criminals today almost always get paroled.

The con, now around age 24, has been “the victim of sexual assault while in prison,’’ it says.

[N.S.: If he has in fact been “sexually assaulted” while in prison, get the guy who did that to him, but that has nothing at all to do with his rape and murder of Karin Vetrano. Besides that, since the war criminal's supporters are pathological liars, I presume that said claim is also a lie.]

The DA’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Post on Tuesday.

The petition is asking DA Melinda Katz to send Lewis’s case to the Conviction Integrity Unit. [N.S.: It's not "asking" anything; it is "demanding." Postscript, July 23, 2022: so-called Conviction Integrity Units are part of the Guilt Project, which seeks to "exonerate" guilty-as-hell black and hispanic criminals.]

Vetrano’s father, Phil — who was the one to discover his daughter’s battered body among the weeds in a desolate park — declined comment.

I wish there was a network on TV dedicated to the news we read about here--a network that would be an actual example of the free press in action--with ideally,N.S.providing indepth reports as only he has the talent to delve into.

Free press means information--not censorship.
black crime is pervasive in our country and yet,no one is allowed to talk about it.The fact is,black criminal activity has become as much of a pandemic as the Covid virus is in all our big cities and is increasing to those levels in many other medium sized towns.Yet we are prevented from hearing ANY analysis about the "black plague" that has spread throughout the United States.

To call MSM's strategy in this area an "ostrich philosophy" understates the description --at least ostriches take their heads out from the ground occasionally--MSM never does in its censoring of black crime.

blacks believe that pressure in numbers(and "celebrities"such as Kim Kardashian or Lesta Holt joining in)can neutralize the current legal system and allow black felons to be released.

The more blacks are allowed in positions where their decision-making can overrule the judicial process, the more we'll see this occur in the future--to the detriment of (White)society.

NS: The photograph posted in two posts above is almost certainly not Karina Vetrano.
I'm no expert in facial recognition, but KV had very distinctive facial features:

The girl seen in the posted photos seems to have a broader face, with 'classic' Irish features: Karina is undoubtedly of Mediterranean descent.

Since the NY Post photo - of the parents in front of their home holding a framed photo of Karina Vetrano is identical to the one seen in the blog posts above - the above 'correction' should be ignored - apologies.
However, note how much insanity, withheld information, and clear support for the killer is shown in this recent AMNY article on the matter:

A black murderer getting sexually assaulted in prison? I'm sickened by what I know about male black-on-white rape and assault in prison.
