Today in the Knoxville Horror trial, Eric Boyd was found guilty on all counts, except especially aggravated robbery. He was found guilty of lesser aggravated robbery.
Boyd was guilty of especially aggravated kidnapping and aggravated rape.
Boyd had no reaction to the verdict.
The sentence is "Life with Parole after 51 Years."
N.S.: Talk about an anti-climax. He'll live to be paroled, maybe on another Bastille Day, where he'll be listed as yet another "non-violent drug offender."
For crying out loud, how can you convict a violent career criminal, and then sentence him to less than LWOP?!
The South has gone soft.
