PAROLE DENIED!
According to the Inmate Board Actions section of the California Dept. of Corrections Inmate Locator, Larry Craig Green, one of the 70's NOI/Black Muslim "Zebra Killers," was "denied parole for 5 years."
The next Parole Suitability Hearing for Green will be in August 2024.
As I recall Clark Howard's book, Green was about the worst of the bunch, which is saying something. Maybe the Board took nature of the crime into consideration.
I couldn't find a news item on the denial of parole for one of the Zebra Killers.

It's really something isn't it? No media interest at all. The hearings for the Manson killers often are on camera and the result is a big media story.
When J.C. Simon died in prison in 2015, there was a little coverage. When another Zebra killer vanished from the Inmate Locator in 2017, only you and I wanted to know what happened, turned out Manuel Moore also died in prison. Moore's death STILL is unreported aside from your Vdare article.
Jessie Lee Cooks has a hearing early next year. Regarding Larry Green, a 5-year turn down is pretty emphatic by the standards of the California Parole Board.
