[In Stamford, CT] 20-year old David Davis was getting a haircut, when a man he had been arguing with approached him, police said.
Davis claims he felt threatened, so he grabbed a pair of scissors and slashed the other man in the back.
Davis was charged with first-degree assault and is being held on $5,000 bond….
Turns out Davis was already wanted on a second-degree failure to appear warrant for a previous arrest.
