HYPED XI/TRUMP MEETING NETTED VERY LITTLE
GRA:From everything I've read about the meeting--which had stock markets rising and falling on rumors of it taking place or not--the net result looks to be "a one year truce" on tariffs.
Some kind of nebulous deal was agreed to on rare earth metals(to what extent is not known).
P.T. has a great talent for can kicking--and putting lipstick on it--to call it "a crisis averted."
Along with everything else fake--a fake deal.

PRESIDENT TRUMP POURS COLD WATER ON NEWS REPORTS OF IMMINENT INVASION IN VENEZUELA
Update(1155ET): It took a few mere hours for President Trump to react to headlines from early this morning declaring, "US strikes on Venezuela possibly days away." The Miami Herald cited sources who said it could just be even just "hours" away.
Of course, if these land strikes against military and cartel locations are indeed imminent, the Pentagon would want to maintain the element of surprise. So Trump has either just now authentically rejected that it's going to happen at all, or else is seeking to run cover in order to keep that military element of surprise and edge. Now he's saying there will be "no strikes on Venezuela". Asked whether he's decided on such strikes, Trump responded "no". "President Trump reversed the decision Friday afternoon, stating no strikes would happen, leaving the military buildup's intent unclear amid ongoing U.S. efforts against drug trafficking," breaking reports say.
TRUMP: NO STRIKES ON VENEZUELA
And oil promptly dumped on the Venezuela-related headline...

FIVE DEARBORN TERRORISTS PLANNED A HALLOWEEN TERROR ATTACK UNTIL THE FBI HEARD ABOUT IT
(New York post)Federal investigators prevented a real-life Halloween horror by busting at least five terror plotters inspired by ISIS in Michigan early Friday, sources familiar with the operation told The Post.
“This morning the FBI thwarted a potential terrorist attack and arrested multiple subjects in Michigan who were allegedly plotting a violent attack over Halloween weekend,” FBI Director Kash Patel posted on X.
“Thanks to the men and women of FBI and law enforcement everywhere standing guard 24/7 and crushing our mission to defend the homeland.”
“This morning the FBI thwarted a potential terrorist attack and arrested multiple subjects in Michigan who were allegedly plotting a violent attack over Halloween weekend,” FBI Director Kash Patel posted on X.
Authorities raided three homes in the Detroit suburbs of Dearborn and Inkster and recovered weapons including legally owned guns, the sources said.
Those arrested were described as home-grown radicals, but authorities were investigating possible foreign contacts of the suspects.
FBI and Michigan State Police vehicles were spotted in a neighborhood near Fordson High School in Dearborn. Investigators walked in and out of a house, with one official collecting paper bags and other items from an evidence truck.

TWO PRESIDENTS(TRUMP AND MADURO)PREPARE FOR POSSIBLE U.S. ATTACK ON VENEZUELA
(ZH)President Trump said on Friday that he's yet to make a final decision on launching a military attack on Venezuela, but President Nicolás Maduro is not waiting around while taking the US leader's word on it.
Maduro is reportedly urgently reaching out to Russia, China, and Iran for any possible military aid, including defense items which may have already been negotiated or are in the works. The Washington Post says it's obtained internal documents showing such recent and high-stakes requests.
GRA:Don't tell Hegseth,lol.
