This was years ago, back when my late father was still alive.  I'd visit him a few times a year.   Would borrow his car to drive the few miles to the rec center.

The rec center's clientele now is predominantly black.

The men's locker room had signs taped up on the walls near the commodes in the men's locker room.   The signs said, "Remember to flush after use."

Now you see why there is an "outbreak" of hand, foot, and mouth disease in the county's public schools.
