N.S.: After having read hundreds of gang-related, chicago tribune crime stories, most of them by Peter "No-Name" Nickeas, Jason Meisner's article is the first time that I have ever seen the rag identify the gang that controlled the area where a crime was committed.

GRA:If it's common knowledge about which gang controls which areas--why don't the cops arrest them all? Waiting for ICE,I guess. Then the cops are off the hook.
