MSN headline says $1,050,000 bail, ouch. Verrrrrry interesting wikipedia note that "He is openly bisexual. He is one of four openly LGBT members of the North Carolina General Assembly," That doesn't seem to be in the few news items I clicked on. WRAL is very concerned that his absence might lead to Republicans overriding the Dem. gov's vetoes of their bills. But WRAL also whined that he had voted with Republicans on some things in the past.
