“There’s a code.”
There sure is—and blacks never follow it.
Just from what I’ve personally seen as blacks move into a White neighborhood:
Park the wrong way on a street.
Sell drugs in the wrong-way parked car.
Loud stereo, while selling drugs, in the wrong-way parked car.
Loud stereo the rest of the time.
Fights with others in the house they’re renting.
No trash pick-up.
Gunshots heard.
Constant yelling.
No lawn cutting/snow shoveling.
Codes? How about those codes?
I used those codes to get two black fambilees evicted. None here (knock on wood) since.

Parties that usually have an argument and fight that sometimes results in gunfire. Creatures of the night standing the driveway in front of the house all night drinking and talking.
